From our staff to our Board of Directors, Big Brothers Big Sisters has a group of compassionate and dedicated individuals on our side who are willing to do whatever it takes to help change children’s lives for the better.

John Neville,  Executive Director
John is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and the University of Wisconsin.  He practiced law for 17 years, specializing in juvenile law, before coming to BBBS in October of 2000.

Fran Biaglow,  Executive Assistant
Fran relocated from the metro Detroit area to Northwest Ohio, after moving around the country six times.  Fran has a background in both the corporate and fundraising worlds and brings a wealth of knowledge from that experience.  She joined BBBS in April 2016.

LeAnn Pryor,  Program Director
LeAnn has a BA in Psychology and a AA in Early Childhood Education from Manchester College. LeAnn oversees our Community and School-based Programs to ensure overall quality and adherence to BBBSA standards.

Andrea Richardson,  Hardin County Program Coordinator
Andrea, who  holds a BS from The Ohio State University, coordinates our community and school-based programs in Hardin County.

Gwenda Bevis,  Allen County Enrollment  and Match Support Specialist
Gwenda holds a BS from the University of Findlay in Education as an Intervention Specialist.  She comes to BBBS with a broad knowledge of working with children from K-12, having 16 years’ experience in the Lima City Schools.  Gwenda interviews parents, children and mentors, matches mentors with children, and supports those matches. 

Kattie Butler,  Program Coordinator
Kattie coordinates our program at Perry Elementary School.  Before coming to BBBS in August 2018, Kattie was a middle school teacher for 25 years with Lima City Schools. She has BS and MA degrees from The Ohio State University.    

Kay Black,  Match Support Specialist
Kay completed her degree in Psychology at Ohio State University and is currently pursuing her doctorate.   Kay is responsible for community based match support in Allen and Putnam County and coordinates one of our school based programs.  Kay has been with BBBS since August of 2012.

Kitty Kill,  Allen County School Based Program Coordinator
Kitty has a BS in Criminal Justice from Tiffin University.  She directs our school based programs in Lima City Schools.  Kitty has been with the agency since August of 2003.
