From our staff to our Board of Directors, Big Brothers Big Sisters has a group of compassionate and dedicated individuals on our side who are willing to do whatever it takes to help change children’s lives for the better.

John Neville,  Executive Director
John is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and the University of Wisconsin.  He practiced law for 17 years, specializing in juvenile law, before coming to BBBS in October of 2000.

Fran Biaglow,  Executive Assistant
Fran relocated from the metro Detroit area to Northwest Ohio, after moving around the country six times.  Fran has a background in both the corporate and fundraising worlds and brings a wealth of knowledge from that experience.  She joined BBBS in April 2016.

LeAnn Pryor,  Program Director
LeAnn has a BA in Psychology and a AA in Early Childhood Education from Manchester College. LeAnn oversees our Community and School-based Programs to ensure overall quality and adherence to BBBSA standards.

Errin Boyer,  Allen County Enrollment  and Match Support Specialist
Errin holds a BS from Ohio Northern University.  She comes to BBBS with a broad knowledge of working with persons with disabilities since 2010.  Errin interviews parents, children and mentors, matches mentors with children, and supports those matches. 

Kattie Butler,  Program Coordinator
Kattie coordinates our program at Perry Elementary School.  Before coming to BBBS in August 2018, Kattie was a middle school teacher for 25 years with Lima City Schools. She has BS and MA degrees from The Ohio State University.    

Lindsay Zielonka,  Program Coordinator
Lindsay has a BS in Economics from  Eastern Michigan University, coming to BBBS  with over 10 years of youth programming experience working at the Wapakoneta YMCA and coaching volleyball.  Lindsay will be working primarily in our school-based programs.      

Sarah Whited,  Program Coordinator
Sarah holds a BS in Administrative Management from Bob Jones University and has 15 years of experience working with K-12 school children in several capacities, including coaching volleyball. Sarah will be working primarily in our school-based programs.

Madison Richards,  Program Coordinator
Madison is a graduate from The Ohio State University where she holds a BA in Psychology.  Madison has experience in working with youth and their families as an investigator for Children’s Protective Services in Hardin County.
